Our Return Policy

24K GOLD AND SILVER BULLION CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

You may exchange non 24k merchandise if it meets ALL OF the following Guidelines:

• Item(s) must not be worn and in original, new condition
• Tilak tag from item(s) should not be removed and in original condition
• You must return all packaging materials
• You must return a copy of receipt along with original packaging and item(s)
• Shipping/Insurance to Tilak Jewelers will be paid by the customer.
• Return/Exchange period is 14 (fourteen) days from date of receipt. After 14 days, returns will not be considered or honored.

All return/exchange must meet ALL of the above criteria otherwise they will not be considered under return policy.

Please email [email protected] or call 972-594-8252 and Tilak Jewelers will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) Number. RA# is valid for 14 days from date of issuance. If email is not sent, RA will not be issued and return/exchange will not be considered.

All shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from credit. Returns will be charged 10% restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange the items, credit will be applied for purchase amount within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for exchange, please see above criteria.
