Return/Exchange Policy

You may return/exchange merchandise if it meets ALL OF the following Guidelines:

  • Item(s) must not be worn and in original, new condition
  • Barcode tag from item(s) should not be removed and in original condition
  • You must return all packaging materials
  • You must return a copy of receipt along with original packaging and item(s)
  • Shipping/Insurance to Tilak Jewelers will be paid at customer expense
  • Return/Exchange period is 15 (fifteen) days from date of receipt. After 15 days, returns will not be considered or honored.

All return/exchange must meet ALL of the above criteria otherwise they will not be considered under return policy.

Refunds will only be made in the original form of your payment, processing time varies based on credit card and/or banking institution.

Please email receipts@tilakjewelers.com or call 972-594-8252 and Tilak Jewelers will issue you a RA (Return Authorization) Number. RA# is valid for 15 days from date of issuance. If email is not sent, RA will not be issued and return/exchange will not be considered.

All shipping and insurance costs will be deducted from credit. Returns will be charged 10% restocking fee.

If you wish to exchange the items, credit will be applied for purchase amount within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for exchange, please see above criteria.

Nose-pins, silver items, gold coins, bars and diamond loose stones cannot be exchanged or returned.
