FAQ

– How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Orders are shipped same day if received before 4:00PM CST on a business day.
  • All shipments are via FedEx 2 day and you will receive an email with tracking number.
  • We are NOT able to ship to any PO Boxes
  • We require signature proof for all deliveries

– Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?

  • Tilak Jewelers is required by law to charge local and state sales tax of 8.25%

– What is your exchange & refund policy?

– Can I re-order a piece that has already been sold?

  • If the item has been sold, please email us the style code and we will send you options in similar weight range.
  • If you would like the exact piece that has been sold, we can re-order with an approximate 10 weeks arrival.

– Do you negotiate on prices?

  • No, all online products are priced according to market.

– Do you offer lay away?

  • At this time, we do not offer lay away.

– Do you have more collections than online?

  • We receive new stock every few weeks and we encourage you to contact us at 972-594-8252 or info@tilakjewelers.com to set up a time to video call and see the latest products.
